摘要
根据《教育部学位中心2007—2009全国学科排名》中物理学学科的排名情况,采用分层抽样的方法抽取18所院校的物理学院(系)411位教师,与57所院系建立博士生互聘网络和矩阵,运用社会网络分析的理论与方法进行量化分析,结果表明:博士毕业生互聘网络中存在着较大程度的不对称性,社会资本存量在院系间表现出较大的离散度,学者的博士毕业院系和任职院系在其学术生涯中发挥着重要的作用。
On the basis of the situation of ranking of Physics in Nationwide Subjects Ranking by the Center of Degree of Ministry of Education 2007-2009, with sampling scholarship from 18 departments of Physics stratifiedly to establish departments' Ph.D. exchange network and matrix with 57 departments, then with quantitative analysis of the theory and methods of social network analysis, it is found out that there is a high degree of asymmetry in the departments" Ph.D. exchange network; the stocks of social capital in each departments are discrete deeply; the academic structure of scholars and the departments in which they serve play an important role in the academic career of scholars.
