摘要
碳化是影响混凝土耐久性的一个重要因素。对比研究了表面未处理混凝土、表面打磨处理及表面刷涂料处理的混凝土的抗碳化能力。针对上述样品,本研究还利用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)进行混凝土微观结构观察和EDX元素分析,研究了混凝土碳化后其微观结构的变化。试验结果表明:①表面刷涂料能有效地提高混凝土的抗碳化能力,且以渗透力强的涂料作底漆的组合的抗碳化效果比以表面覆盖性强的涂料作底漆的组合好;②表面打磨能提高混凝土的抗碳化能力;③碳化能改变混凝土内部的微观结构,使混凝土内部的微孔隙减少,提高混凝土密实度,且碳化龄期越长,混凝土变得越密实。
Concrete carbonation is an important factor that affects concrete durability.Through surface polishing,surface painting,using Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) to observe the microstructure of concrete and EDX elements analysis,the effects of different surface treat- ments on the anti-carbonation capability of concrete and the change of the microstructure of concrete after carbonation were studied.The experimental results indicated that Qsurface painting could improve the anti-carbonation capability of concrete effectively,and the anti-carbonation effect of groups with a paint that had strong penetration ability as the base coating was better than those with a paint that had strong surface coveringabilityasthebasecoating; @surfacepolishingcould improvetheanticarbonationcapabilityofconcrete; @carbonation could change the microstructure of concrete, making the concrete become compact, as the period of carbonation increase,the concrete become more compact.
