摘要
履带式锚杆钻车井下使用时存在风机系统噪声过大的问题,影响正常工作。为有效控制噪声水平,采用噪声源定位测试试验来确定主要噪声源位置及噪声源频率特性,采取有效措施降低噪声声级。试验结果表明,风机补气口为主要噪声源位置,主要噪声源是由风机运转时内部叶轮啮合在排气管道处产生的空气动力性噪声引起的。通过在补气口位置安装阻抗复合式消声器,可有效降低噪声声强级10dB(A)左右。
The blower system generates much noise when the tracked roof bolting jumbo operates in underground mines, which influences normal operation. In order to control the noise level effectively, the noise source identification test was developed to determine the location and the frequency characteristics of the noise source, so as to take effective measures to reduce the noise level. Test results showed that the air charge port of the blower was the location where primary noise generated, and which was induced by the alternate atmospheric air flows due to operating impeller engagement in the blower. After mounting a dissipation and impedance compound silencer at the air charge port of the blower, the noise intensity reduced about 10 dB(A).
