摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定水体中的镧(La)、铈(Ce)、镨(Pr)、钕(Nd)、钐(Sm)等17种稀土元素,优化了实验条件,制定了适合的浓度范围且线性良好,检出限为10~20ng/L,平行测定的RSD为3.3%~5.7%,加标回收率为92.4%~106.4%。
Optimizing detective condition, elements of Lanthanum, Cerium, Praseodymium, Neodymium, Samarium and so on in water were determined by ICP - MS. Results showed good linearity of 17 kinds of rare - earth elements in suitable ranges. Detection limits were between 10 and 20 ng/L. RSDs of parallel samples were between 3.3% and 5.7%. Spiked recoveries of samples were between 92.4% and 106.4%.
