摘要
棉花萎蔫综合症是山西省棉区近年棉花产生的新病害,迄今只有粗浅的调查报告和病原菌分离报告,对其发生消长及其影响因素缺乏基本了解。为了提出棉花萎蔫综合症的综合治理方略和措施,采用相邻对比种植方法,观察同一品系或材料前一年发病株种子与正常株种子当年发病轻重和早晚。结果显示,发病株种子后代并不比其同源正常种子发病时间早和发病株率高,表明该病害不是通过发病株的种子遗传发病的;通过相邻对比种植转基因品种及其非转基因亲本品种,再种植大量其他非转基因材料观察,结果显示转基因品种发病较多,而其亲本品种发病极少,某些品种的差异达到极显著,非转基因材料均未看到发病。表明该病害发生可能与棉花转基因材料有关;通过对棉花萎蔫综合症的发生观察资料与当地气象观测资料拟合分析,结果显示该病害发生可能与降雨量较小、大气相对湿度较低、蒸发量较大有关;同时通过与试验田间小气候观测资料比对分析,可能还与棉田塑膜下地面≥40℃的天数较多有关。
Cotton wilt syndrome is a new disease of Shanxi Province,cotton-growing areas in recent years,so far only a superficial investigation report and pathogen report,the lack of basic understanding of its fluctuation and influencing factors.The aim was to present the comprehensive management methods and measures of the cotton wilt syndrome.Adjacent contrast methods of cultivation,observation year incidence of seed strains and normal strains of seed was the same strain or material before onset of the severity of and sooner or later.The results showed that,the incidence of strains of seed offspring than its homologous normal seed time of onset as early and morbidity strain rate,that the disease was not the incidence of strains of seed genetic disease.By adjacent contrast to cultivation of genetically modified varieties and their non-transgenic parental cultivars,and then planted a large number of other non-transfer genetic material observed,the results showed switch to genetically modified varieties incidence more while its parent varieties incidence rarely,certain varieties of differences to reach a very significant with,non-genetically modified material no cases had been seen.That might be associated with cotton genetically modified material related to the occurrence of disease.The fitting analysis through the cotton wilt syndrome observed data and the local meteorological observation data,the results showed the occurrence of disease might be associated with less rainfall,relative air humidity was low,evaporation larger;through the analysis of climate observations and test field might also be ground in the cotton fields plastic film ≥ 40℃ the number of days more relevant.
