摘要
介绍了煤炭企业在合同准备、合同签署、合同履行和履行后监控中存在的主要法律风险,并提出防范法律风险的4个体系及严格合同会签制度、加强合同管理、明确审批程序等6项防范措施。
The paper introduced the main legal risks existed in the contract preparation, contract signature, contract implementa- tion, monitoring and control after the contract implementation. There were six prevention measures provided including the four systems of the legal risk prevention was well as the serious signature system of the contract, contract management enhanced, clear examination and approval procedure and others.
