摘要
针对高线性度要求的长管的微小变形带来的问题,设计了位置敏感探测器(PSD)测量长管弯曲度的系统,分析了二维PSD在弯曲度测量系统的结构与工作原理,以及弯曲度的计算原理。系统采用单片机STC89C58处理PSD输出信号并显示测量结果,得出PSD的光点坐标位置与输出电压的对应关系,实现单片机与上位机的通信,对测量数据的分析、处理以及整个系统的控制,同时分析了检测误差和电路误差对弯曲度测量的影响。实验测试结果表明:所建立的测量系统能够实现实时测量和远程控制,具有快速响应、运行稳定、测试数据可靠等优点。
Aiming at problems caused by small deformation of high linearity required long tube,a measurement system for curvatures of long tube using PSD sensor is designed and structure and operational principle of two-dimensional(2D) PSD and the computational principle of curvature are analyzed.Output signal of PSD is processed by STC89C58 MCU,and measurement result is displayed.Corresponding relation between coordinate position of light-spot and output voltage is obtained.Communication between MCU and upper PC,data analysis and processing,and system control are realized.At the same time,the effect of detecting error and circuit error on curvature measurement is analyzed.The test results indicate that the system can realize real-time measurement and remote control.It has advantages of fast response,stable operation and reliable detecting data,and so on.
