摘要
以台湾工研院的性质和角色定位的分析为切入点,研究探讨台湾工研院治理结构与运行机制,并阐释其对广东科技工作的启示,提出推进广东科技工作开展的对策建议。
Based on the analysis of the nature and role of ITR1, this paper investigates the governance structure and operat- ing mechanism, and then explains the revelation to the science and technology work in Guangdong. At last, this paper gives some suggestions on promoting the science and technology work in Guangdong.
