摘要
骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)是一种细胞外基质中重要的分泌型酸性磷酸化糖蛋白。它可由机体多种组织细胞合成与分泌,通过对巨噬细胞的趋化作用促进血管平滑肌细胞的增殖及促进血管外膜成纤维细胞向内膜迁移参与冠状动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的发生和发展。本综述从OPN的分子结构、生理功能以及OPN与冠状动脉狭窄的近况研究进行论述。
Osteopontin (OPN) is a kind of important extracellular matrix secreted acidic phosphorylated glyeoprotein. It can be synthesized and secreted by the various tissue cells, through chemotaxis of the macrophage, promoting the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells and promoting fibroblast cells of vascular adventitia migrate to intimal, OPN participates in the occurrence and development of coronary atheroselerosis (CAS). This article discusses the molecular structure, physiological function of the OPN and the recent research of plasma osteopontin and coronary artery stenosis.
