摘要
目的采用交锁髓内钉治疗四肢长管骨骨折,并对其临床应用效果进行分析。方法 2010年6月～2012年5月,本院共接收治疗四肢长管骨骨折患者128例,将患者分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者采用单侧外固定支架固定法进行治疗;治疗组患者采用交锁髓内钉固定法进行治疗。结果手术后,对照组共有5例患者出现固定松动,有4例患者出现固定针断裂;治疗组共有1例患者出现固定松动,有2例患者出现固定针断裂。治疗组骨性愈合患者58例,愈合率为90.63%;对照组骨性愈合患者45例,愈合率为70.31%,治疗组临床应用效果明显优于对照组,两组治疗效果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用交锁髓内钉治疗四肢长管骨骨折,固定牢固,愈合率高,具有明显的临床优势。
Object To analyze the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of limbs long bone fracture. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of patients with limbs long tubular bone fractures from June 2010 to May 2012 were divided into control group and treatment group. Control group was given unilateral external fixation; treatment group was given interlocking intramedullary nail fixation. Results After surgery, 5 patients of control group were found with fixation loose, 4 patients with needle breaking; i patient of treatment group was found with fixa- tion loose, 2 patients with needle breaking. Total of 58 cases of treatment group got bone healing, the healing rate was 90.63%; and 45 cases of control group with bone healing, healing rate was 70.31%, clinical application effect of treat- ment group was significantly better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of long bone fracture of limbs not only fix good, and healing rate is higher, it has distinct clinical ad- vantages.
