摘要
目的探讨继发性癫痫的护理措施。方法对20例继发性癫痫患者通过密切观察病情,尽早采取防范措施,加强基础护理和生活护理,帮助患者树立战胜疾病的信心。结果本组患者癫痫发作均得到有效控制,无并发症发生,均好转出院。结论对继发性癫痫患者采取早观察、早预防、早治疗,并采取行之有效的护理措施,有助于改善预后,减少癫痫并发症、后遗症,并可防治癫痫复发。
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the nursing measure of secondary epilepsy. Methods The condition of 20 patients with secondary epilepsy were observed closely, in order to take preventive measures as early as possible, strengthen basic nursing and life care, and help patients build confidence to triumph over the illness. Results Epileptic seizures of all the patients had been effectively controlled with no complication, and they were discharged with a better health condition. Conclusion It is conducive to improve prognosis, reduce complications and sequelae, and prevent relapse of patients with secondary epilepsy that taking early observation, early prevention, early treatment and effective nursing measures
