摘要
目的分析近年发生护患纠纷的常见原因及防范措施,从而防范和减少护患纠纷的发生。方法计算2009年1月~2012年1月门诊留观16274例患者的护患纠纷发生率,总结发生护患纠纷原因及防范措施。结果 16274例患者中发生18起护患纠纷,发生率为1.11%。18起纠纷中4起因院方原因,给予赔偿,14起因患方引起,沟通后解决。结论提高护理人员的思想素质和业务素质,转变服务理念,改善服务态度,加强护患沟通,认真落实各项规章制度,不断提高护理业务水平是防范和减少护患纠纷的重要措施。
Objective To study the common reasons of nurse-patient dispute and countermeasures in recent years, which can reduce it's incidence. Methods To calculate the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in 16274 outpatients staying from Jaluary 2009 to January 2012, and sum up the reasons and countermeasures. Results 18 dispute cases in 16274 outpatients staying, the incidence is 1.11%. 4 of the accident cause are related to hospital, which given economic compensation. 14 are related to patients, which solved by negotiation. Conclusion Making the rules and regulations practicable, strengthening the professional ethics education, studying knowledge of law, and constantly improving nursing business level, improve the service is the key to prevent and reduce the incidence of dispute.
