摘要
目的研究椎间盘镜微创手术配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效,探讨其临床适用性。方法选择2006年5月～2012年5月行椎间盘镜微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的58例患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各29例,对照组患者只进行椎间盘镜微创手术治疗,试验组患者采用椎间盘镜微创手术配合中药治疗。参照中华骨科学会脊柱学组腰背痛手术评定标准来评价症状缓解及神经功能改善等情况,同时采用JOA下腰痛疗效标准评分。结果试验组患者在治疗后症状缓解及神经功能改善等情况的优良人数达27人,优良率为93.1%,而对照组优良人数仅为19人,优良率为65.5%,两组患者优良率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前采用JOA下腰痛疗效标准评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者JOA评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎间盘镜微创手术配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,适合临床推广应用。
Objective The discectomy minimally invasive surgery with the traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and discuss its clinical applicability. Methods Choose from 58 patients in our hospital from May 2006 to May 2012 discectomy for minimally invasive surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 29 cases, the control group, patients with only micro-discectomyinvasive surgery, the experimental group were treated with discectomy for minimally invasive surgery combined with Chinese medicine. Reference to the＇China Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Spine Study Group back pain surgery assessment criteria to evaluate symptom relief and neurological improvement, while using the JOA with low back pain the efficacy of the standard score. Results Good number of experimental group were symptom relief and nerve function improvement after treatment up to 27 people, excellent and good rate was 93.1%, and good number of the control group only 19 people, excellent rate of 65.5%, excellent rates of two groups of patients,The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; two groups before treatment, the efficacy of the standard JOA with low back pain score, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, after treatment, the JOA score of patients, statistically significant differencessignificance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The discectomy minimally invasive surgery with the traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of lumbar disc herniation significant for clinical long-term promotion and application.
