摘要
目的制备羧甲基茯苓多糖脂质体,并测定羧甲基茯苓多糖脂质体的含量和包封率,初步探讨最佳包封的药量。方法采用薄膜分散法制备羧甲基茯苓多糖脂质体,离心分离法测定羧甲基茯苓多糖脂质体的包封率。结果离心法所得羧甲基茯苓多糖脂质体检测浓度线性范围为1~100 mg/L。羧甲基茯苓多糖脂质体的最佳包封的药量为50 mg/L,包封率为37.99%。结论羧甲基茯苓多糖脂质体的制备需要分别处理,不同浓度的羧甲基茯苓多糖脂质体有不同的包封率,测定过程中需按要求进行,明确最佳包封药量。
Objective To prepare of carboxymethylpachymaran liposome and determine the carboxymethylpachymaran liposome content and encapsulation efficiency,discuss the best encapsulation of the initial dose of in preliminaty.Methods Carboxymethylpachymaran liposome was prepared through a method of thin-film dispersion,encapsulation efficiency was determined by centrifugation method.Results The linear detection range of carboxymethylpachymaran liposome concentration was 1-100 mg/L.The best encapsulation of the drug of carboxymethylpachymaran liposome was 50 mg/L,encapsulation percentage was 37.99%.Conclusion Carboxymethyl tuckahoe polysaccharide liposome preparation needs to be treated separately,different concentration of carboxymethyl tuckahoe polysaccharide liposomes has different encapsulation efficiency,the determination process is according to the requirements,and clear the best dosage.
