摘要
随着社会的发展,肝硬化病例在我国的发病率呈逐年增加的趋势。肝硬化的主要原因是各种慢性损伤,主要的病理学特点是肝脏的纤维化进程。目前,肝移植是用来解决肝纤维化有效的手段,但是,在世界范围来看,肝源的缺乏,使肝移植的成活率和可行性不高。随着医学对于肝纤维化的研究,发现这个过程是一个可逆的过程,并且发现了一种能够发挥很好作用的细胞移植方法——骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymalstem cells,BMSCs)移植。这种方法有望成为肝纤维化的有效治疗方法。本文结合国内外研究,就BMSCs治疗肝纤维化的研究现状作一综述,旨在为研究BMSCs逆转肝纤维化的研究提供参考。
In recent years, with the development of society, the incidence of liver cirrhosis cases in China is increasing year by year. A major cause of liver cirrhosis is due to chronic injury with the main pathological features of liver fibrosis. At Present, liver transplantation is an effective means to solve the problem of liver fibrosis, however, in the whole world, the lack of the source of the liver makes the liver transplantation survival rate and feasibility lower. Along with the medicine for liver fibrosis, it finds that the process is a reversible process, and there is a way to play a very good role in the transplantation of cells: bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, BMSCs) transplantation. This method is expected to become the effective method of treatment of liver fibrosis. This paper reviews the BMSCs in treatment of hepatic fibrosis, combined with the research analysis in domestic and foreign, in order to provide the reference for the study of BMSCs liver fibrosis reversal.
