摘要 为了加强水库安全生产管理,通过对安全隐患的识别,将安全隐患分成4类,整合水库基础数据库、实时监测数据、人工巡查数据,建立包括水库安全隐患排查治理信息管理系统。系统具有隐患感知上报、监视预警、整改管理、台账管理等功能,实现了水库安全隐患排查治理工作全过程记录和管理,便于对水库重大隐患治理实施有效监管,有助于防范水库安全事故的发生。 In order to strengthen the reservoir safety production management, through to the potential safety hazard identification, safety hidden trouble into four categories for traffic management, the integration of reservoir foundation database and real - time monitoring data, artificial patrol data, establish including reservoir potential safety hazard traffic management information management system. System has a hidden danger reported perception, hidden trouble monitoring early warning, hidden dangers rectification management, hidden trouble standing book management, and other functions, realize the reservoir safety hidden trouble traffic management process records and management, facilitate reservoir management of major hidden danger implement effective supervision, help to prevent reservoir safety accidents occur.
