超长侧链梳形聚羧酸减水剂对水泥浆体早期性能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 选用2种不同类型的超长聚醚侧链来合成梳形聚羧酸共聚物,并作为水泥体系的分散剂。通过水泥浆体分散、水化行为和强度发展的试验结果表明,超长侧链梳形聚羧酸共聚物比普通梳形聚羧酸共聚物具有更显著加速水泥水化、提高水泥基材料强度的作用。对比2种类型的超长侧链聚羧酸,酯型超长侧链梳形聚羧酸减水剂(PCA-COO)具有更好的早强效果,而醚型超长聚醚侧链梳形聚羧酸减水剂(PCA-O)具有更好的分散作用。 Two different types of polycarboxylate dispersant with super-length of side chains were employed in this paper to be the superplasticizer of cement. Based on the result of dispersion,hydration and strength, it was found that polycarboxylate dispersant with super-length of side chains presented perfect action to promote the early-hydration of the cement and enhance the early-strength of the concrete. Between the two types of polycarboxylate dispersant,the one with ester-type side chain(PCA-COO had better performance of super early-strength, while the other one with ether-type side chain (PCA-O)had better performance of dispersion.
