摘要
目的探讨鼻泪管支架植入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的疗效。方法对62例（73眼）鼻泪管阻塞患者行逆行性鼻泪管支架植入术，分析其手术成功率、术后各个时间段的疗效及并发症。结果73眼均一次性成功植入鼻泪管支架。拔管后3、6个月的总有效率分别为98．6％、95．9％、98．6％、98．6％、93．2％，所有支架均顺利取出，主要并发症为术中活动性出血及术后支架阻塞。结论经改良的鼻泪管支架植入术，手术成功率高，近期和中期有效率高．并废症少．
Objective To investigate the effect of placement of nasolacrimal stent in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods Sixty-two cases （73 eyes ） of nasolacrimal duct obstruction underwent the retrograde nasolacrimal duct stent implantation, analyze the success rate of surgery, efficacy and complications of the postoperative periods. Results Stenting implantation was technically successful in 73 eyes. Three months postoperatively, the success rate was 98.6%. Six months post- operatively, the success rate was 95.9%. After stents were removed, the success rate was 98.6%. Three months after stents were removed, the success rate was 98.6%. Six months after stents were removed, the success rate was 93.2%. All stents were successfully removed. The intra-and post-operative complications included transient hemorrhage and obstruction of the stent. Conclusions The modified nasolacrimal duct stenting implantation suggests that the surgery success rate is higher and the complication is lower and the treatment in short and medium term is effective, complication is less.
