摘要
本文对公立医院人力资源管理的涵义、特点、现状和主要问题进行了分析,提出加强公立医院人力资源管理和开发的对策:(1)创新医院人力资源管理的激励机制;(2)优化人力资源配置;(3)搞好员工职业生涯规划,为员工提供良好的发展空间;(4)加大人力资本投资力度,努力提高人力资源整体素质;(5)推行"人性化管理",培育良好的医院文化。
This paper analyses the meaning, the features, the present situation and the main problems of human resources management of public hospital and put forward measures to strengthen human resources management and development of public hospital: 1) to create new incentive mechanism of human resources management of public hospital; 2) to optimize the allocation of human resources; 3) to help employees to make their career plan, and to provide opportunities for their development; 4) to increase investment in human resources, and to try hard to improve the overall quality of the human resources; 5) to carry out "human-based management", and to cultivate good hospital culture.
