高瓦斯易燃厚煤层采空区自燃灭火与启封技术 被引量:20

摘要 为确保高瓦斯易燃厚煤层火区的安全启封以及综放工作面的安全开采,基于同忻矿8101综放工作面采空区自然发火特征,从综放采空区浮煤分布、工作面推进速度及漏风量等方面分析了其发火因素,探测了火区的氧化状态和高温范围。结果表明,火区启封后具有复燃可能性,必须采取相应的防复燃技术措施。现场采用氮气与二氧化碳防灭火技术控制采空区火区的持续扩展,采用压注粉煤灰防灭火技术熄灭采空区高温火源,同时形成防灭火隔离带将火区有效隔离,为成功启封采空区自燃火区创造了良好条件,保证了工作面正常恢复生产。 In order to ensure a safety unsealing of the combustion zone in the high gassy and easy combusted thick seam and the safety mining of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face,based on the spontaneous combustion features of No.8101 top coal caving mining face in Tongxin Mine,from the coal distribution in the goaf of the coal mining face,coal mining face advancing rate,ventilation leakage quantity and others,the paper analyzed the combustion features.The oxidization conditions and high temperature range of the fire zone were detected.The results showed the fire zone after unsealed would have a possibility of re-combustion and the related technical measures to prevent the re-combustion should be conducted.The fire prevention and control technology with nitrogen and carbon dioxide should be applied to control the sustainable expansion of the fire zone in the goaf,and the fire prevention and control technology with pressurized injection of fly ash should be applied to extinguish the high temperature fire source in the goaf,and to form a fire isolation zone to effectively isolate the fire zone in the goaf in order to provide good conditions to successfully unseal the spontaneous combustion zone in the goaf and to ensure the normal production recovered of the coal mining face.
