摘要
目的:观测从虚郁毒瘀立法组方对萎缩性胃炎鼠模型胃黏膜组织COX-2mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用乙醇+去氧胆酸钠+氨水+吲哚美辛+饥饱失常综合法复制萎缩性胃炎鼠模型,并用从虚郁毒瘀立法组方低、中、高剂量分别进行干预,观测其对萎缩性胃炎模型鼠胃黏膜组织COX-2mRNA表达的作用。结果:从虚郁毒瘀立法组方中剂量组可明显改善萎缩性鼠模型胃黏膜细胞COX-2mRNA表达。结论:从虚郁毒瘀立法组方可调节萎缩性胃炎黏膜组织COX-2 mRNA的表达。
Objective:To observe effects of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription for the vital deficiency,the qi stagnantion,the poison and the blood stasis on COX-2 mRNA expression of atrophic gastritis gastric mucosa.Methods: The atrophic gastritis rat models were built by synthetically using ethanol,sodium deoxycholate,ammonia,indomethacin and irregular diet,which were treated respectively by the high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose of traditional Chinese Medicine prescription based on the vital deficiency,the qi stagnantion,the poison and the blood stasis in order to observe effects on expression of COX-2 mRNA in stomach mucosa.Results:The mid-dose traditional Chinese Medicine prescription could significantly down-regulate COX-2 mRNA expression of rat model's mucosa with atrophic gastritis.Conclusions: The traditional Chinese medicine prescription based on the vital deficiency,the qi stagnantion,the poison and the blood stasis can regulate COX-2mRNA expression of atrophic gastritis mucosa.
