摘要
在车刀的故障分析中,选择机床加工时的工作电流作为故障检测的分析对象,分别利用傅里叶变换和小波包分析法提取刀具故障的傅里叶特征和小波包特征,联合采用提取的两种特征以实现刀具故障的诊断.研究表明,提取的车床刀具故障特征参数的波动特性与车刀故障的发生存在联系,从而为分析判断车床刀具故障的发生提供了一种新的思路和方法.
In the cutter failure analysis, the working current is measured for analytical purposes. The gauged current is further decomposed using wavelet analysis, and the high-frequency and low-frequency component of the breakdown structure is respectively reconstructed. The result shows that the fluctuation characteristic of the extracted parameters is related to the cutter failure, and the fault detection and analysis. finding provides a new idea and method for the tool
