摘要
本文利用一维自由空间模展开法计算了射频板条CO2激光器中金属板条波导的耦会损耗.发现波导耦合损耗与激光器谐振腔镜的配置方式密切相关,经分析找到一种可以获得最小耦合损耗的设计方案.
In this paper, a one-dimension free-space-mode expansion method is used for calculating the coupling-loss of a total-metal RF slab CO2 laser. The close relationship between waveguide coupling-loss and the resonator mirrors' position and radius is discovered, and an optimal method to obtain minimum coupling-loss is presented.
