摘要
目的:观察扶正蠲哮汤内服配合中药穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组,治疗组42例用扶正蠲哮汤内服配合中药穴位敷贴治疗,对照组38例用普米克令舒吸入治疗,观察两组症状、体征的积分变化等。结果:总有效率治疗组90.5%,对照组73.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:扶正蠲哮汤内服配合中药穴位敷贴改善临床证候、减少哮喘发作以及控制哮喘用药,延长哮喘缓解期。
Objective ： The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical effect of asthma in children during remission period treated by fuzheng juanxiao decoction and acupoint sticking. Method： 80 children suffering from asthma during remission period were divided randomly into two groups. Test group was treated by fuzheng juanxiao decoction and acupoint sticking; The control group was treated by Budesonide suspension inhalation. The symptoms and signs of the patients were compared between the two groups. Result ： There is significant difference between the test and control groups in the clinical effects （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Combined treatment by fuzheng juanxiao decoction and acupoint sticking can bring more efficacy to the children with asthma in the remission period in symptom improvement, asthma attack reduction and medicine control. This treatment can also prolong the remission period of children＇s asthma.
