P-选择素、CD44v6和nm23蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:12

摘要 目的 P-选择素、CD44v6和nm23蛋白表达在乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)转移扩散中的作用及相互关系。方法应用SP法检测93例IDC、25例乳腺导管内癌(DCIS)和17例正常乳腺组织中P-选择素、CD44v6和nm23蛋白的表达情况。结果 IDC中,P-选择素、CD44v6和nm23阳性表达率分别为88.17%、82.79%和79.56%,P-选择素和CD44v6在IDC的阳性表达率高于DCIS和正常乳腺组织,nm23在IDC的阳性表达率低于DCIS和正常乳腺组织(P<0.05)。P-选择素、CD44v6和nm23均与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),P-选择素和CD44v6高表达、nm23低表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。P-选择素和CD44v6与IDC临床分期有关(P<0.05),两者表达呈正相关关系(r=0.414,P<0.05)。结论 P-选择素、CD44v6与nm23蛋白可能共同参与了乳腺癌的恶性转化及转移扩散过程。 Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of P-selectin, CD44v6 and nm23 in invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC), and to analyze their relationships with diffuse invasion and metastasis. Methods Immunhistochemical S-P method was employed to detect the expression of P-selectin, CD44v6 snf rim23 proteins in 93 cases of IDC, 25 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ ( DICS), and 17 cases of normal breast tissue. Results The positive rates of P-selectin in IDC was 88.17%, which was higher than that in DICS and normal breast tissue; the positive rates of CD44v6 and nm23 in IDC was 82. 79% and 79. 56% , respectively, which was lower than that in DICS and normal breast tissue ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the expression of the three markers was not related with age and site of tumor of patients ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; the positive rates of P- selectin and CD44v6 were higher than that in DICS and normal breast tissue; the positive rate of nm23 was lower and related to lymph node metastasis of IDC ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; in addition, the expression of P-selectin and CD44v6 proteins was positively correlated with each other ( r = 0. 414, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion P-selectin, CIM4v6 and nm23 may be involved in the malignant transformation of breast cancer and metastasis. P-seleetin and CD44v6 may play a role in the metastasis and malignant transformation.
