摘要
以酚醛树脂为粘结剂进行了超级活性炭的成型 ,较为详细地考察了粘结剂添加量及后处理条件对所制型炭的密度、强度及甲烷吸附性能的影响 ,结果发现 :随着粘结剂添加量的提高 ,所制型炭的抗压强度增大 ,比表面积减小 ;随着粘结剂添加量的提高 ,后期活化时间的减少及活化温度的降低 ,所制型炭的密度增大 ;在粘结剂添加量为 30 % ,活化温度为 80 0℃及活化时间为 30 min时成型活性炭对甲烷的体积吸附量达到最大。
Formed activated carbon was prepared by mixing phenolic resin and activated carbon powder under pressure of 110 MPa at 150 ℃, following by carbonization in N 2 and activation in steam. The adsorption behavior of methane on the formed activated carbon was investigated. The results showed that the volumetric adsorption capacity of methane was controlled by both bulk density and micropore volume of the formed activated carbon. The maximum volumetric adsorption capacity of 140 V/V at 3.4 MPa was obtained when the binder content was 30 W/%.
