摘要
介绍我国北方高大厂房典型的供暖方式,包括:散热器供暖、暖风机供暖、燃气红外线辐射供暖。结合工程实例,对分别采用这3种供暖方式下的厂房内温度场进行模拟,比较了系统造价及供暖期运行费。采用燃气红外线辐射供暖方式时,厂房内工作高度范围内的温度较高,垂直高度温度梯度小,水平方向温度分布均匀。在3种供暖方式中,燃气红外线辐射供暖方式的系统造价、供暖期运行费最低。
The typical heating modes including radiator heating, unit heater and gas-fired infrared radiant heating in lofty factory buildings in Northeast China are introduced. The temperature fields in factory buildings using three heating modes respectively are simulated with a project example, and the initial investment and operation cost of the heating system in heating period are compared with each other. The tern-perature in the range of working height in the factory building is higher, the vertical temperature gradient is smaller, and the horizontal temperature distribution is more uniform in the gas-fired infrared radiant heating mode. Among the three heating modes, the gas-fired infrared radiant heating mode is the minimum in the initial investment and operation cost of the heating system in heating period.
