摘要
分析了大型卧式金属挤压机典型结构,针对大型卧式金属挤压机解析设计过程中遇到的问题,建立了描述前、后梁受力与变形及弯曲应力的解析模型。通过接触有限元法分析了几台大型挤压机前、后梁的强度。对比解析模型与有限元计算结果表明:前梁的应力修正系数应为1.5~3,后梁的应力修正系数应为2~3.5。该研究结果对于利用解析方法快速确定大型卧式金属挤压机的初步结构和实现挤压机的参数化设计具有重要的参考价值。
The typical structure of the large scale horizontal metal extrusion press is analyzed. The analytic model is built to describe the deformation, stress and the bending stress of the front and rear platens to solve the problems met in the course of analysis design. The strength of the front and rear platens in several large scale extrusion presses is analyzed with the finite element method. The eompared results of the analytical model and the finite element calculation show that the stress correction coefficient of the front platen should be 1.5 - 3 and the stress c, orrection coefficient of the rear platen should be 2 - 3.5. This study result has an important reference value for quickly determining the preliminary structure and realizing parametric design of the large scale horizontal metal extrusion press by using analytical method.
