摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在颅内动脉瘤介入术围手术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用临床护理路径实施健康教育,对照组采用一般护理方法进行健康教育。结果观察组健康教育达标率和满意度分别为92.5%、97.5%,高于对照组的72.5%、75.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径对颅内动脉瘤行介入栓塞术患者实施健康教育,可明显提高健康教育的达标率,使患者了解相关知识、消除紧张心理、配合治疗,满足了患者及家属对健康教育的要求,密切了护患关系,提高了对护理工作的满意度,并可提高护士的业务水平和自身素质,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway for health education in the perioperative period of intracranial aneurysms embolization.Methods 80 patients with intracranial aneurysms were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 40 cases.The observation group was received health education by using clinical nursing pathway,and the control group was received health education by using general nursing methods.Results The health education compliance rate and satisfaction degree in observation group was 92.5% and 97.5% respectively,which were higher than 72.5% and 75.0% in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Conducting health education to patients with intracranial aneurysms,undergoing interventional embolization by using clinical nursing pathway can improve the health education compliance rate,make patients to understand the relevant knowledge,eliminate psychological tension in perioperative period,which is helpful to satisfy the patient and family health education requirement,close nurse-patient relationship,as well as to reduce the postoperative complication.It is worthy of clinical application.
