宁南赤铁矿磁化焙烧—磁选—反浮选提铁试验 被引量:3

Experiment on Iron Increase of Ningnan Hematite with Magnetic Roasting-Magnetic Separation-Reverse Flotation

摘要 宁南铁矿石属于弱磁性鲕状赤铁矿,铁品位低且SiO2、Al2O3等杂质含量高,无法直接利用,通过磁化焙烧,焙烧产品采用粗磨—弱磁选—细磨—脱磁—弱磁选流程,铁精矿品位达到了56.31%,回收率为80.89%,但SiO2、Al2O3的含量仍然较高;又进行了反浮选药剂制度试验及闭路试验,最终获得了铁精矿TFe品位为58.65%,作业回收率为87.01%,全流程综合回收率为70.04%的满意指标;试验结果表明,探索的工艺流程具有很大的可行性,能够为鲕状赤铁矿的选矿利用提供参考。 Ningnan iron ore belongs to low magnetic oolitic hematite with low Fe grade and high content of impurities such as SiO2,Al2O3, which can not be used directly. By adopting the process of coarse grinding-low intensity magnetic separation- fine grinding-demagnetizing-low intensity magnetic sep- aration, Fe concentrate with Fe grade of 56.31% and the recovery of 80.89% was achieved, but the content of SiO2,Al2O3 are still relatively high. Then, through the reverse flotation tests with different a- gents and the close-circuit tests, final iron concentrate with rife grade of 58. 65% and recovery of 87.01% , and total recovery of 70.04% was achieved. The experimental results show that the process above is great feasible and can be used as reference for the beneficiation of oolitic hematite.
