植物凝集素及其抗蚜作用研究进展 被引量:8

Research progress on plant lectin and its application in anti-aphid

摘要 近年来利用植物凝集素控制蚜虫的研究越来越多。本文主要介绍了植物凝集素的分类、抗蚜作用及机理、定性与定量的测定方法;并对单子叶甘露糖结合凝集素家族和豆科类凝集素家族的抗蚜效益、凝集素对蚜虫天敌的影响等研究进行了综述;对其应用前景及可能存在的问题进行了讨论。 In the recent years, more and more researches were conducted on the impact of plant lectins on aphid controlling. In this paper, plant leetins' classification, anti-aphid effect and mechanism,and qualitative and quantitative detecting methods were introduced. Then, the application of monocot mannose-binding leetin and the legume lectin family in anti-aphid, and their impact on natural enemies of aphids were summarized. Finally, leetin's application perspectives and potential problems was also discussed.
