摘要
针对抽油机的工作特点,考虑到节能低碳的发展趋势,利用蓄能器储能的原理,提出了一种新型的节能抽油机液压系统。该系统可以回收利用下行程时抽油杆释放出来的重力势能并为回程时所用,具有显著的节能效果。采用AMESim软件建立仿真实验模型,分析了抽油机液压缸的行程与速度、蓄能器的压力及气体体积变化,为液压抽油机的参数优化选用提供理论依据。
Employing the principle of energy accumulator energy storage,and considering the trend of lower-carbon emission and energy saving,we propose a new hydraulic system of energy pumping with respect to the function feature for pumping.The system can recycle the gravitational potential energy released by the sucker rod for the return trip,resulting in a significant energy saving effect.We use AMESim to get the simulation model of stroke and speed of the hydraulic cylinder for the pumping,the pressure of the accumulator and the change of gas volume,which supply us with theoretical basis of the optimization and selection of the parameters of the hydraulic pumping Undo edits.
