摘要
齿轮泵的工程机械液压系统的关键部件,其研发、设计、制造和检验都有一套严格的规范。根据IB/T77041-2006《液压齿轮泵》的性能指标要求要做形式试验和出厂试验,型式试验也称为产品鉴定试验,主要考核验证新设计或改进的产品在低于或者等于额定条件下的一般性能或考核验证新设计或改进的产品对外界条件变化的适应能力,要求系统有较高的测试精度;出厂试验主要是质量监控为产品检验制造和装配质量,要求系统经久耐用低故障低成本。该文介绍了上述特点齿轮泵性能试验台的系统组成、原理和特点,给出了系统原理图。
The key components of the gear pump hydraulic system,the R D,design,manufacture and testing have a stringent set of standards.Requirements to do the form of tests and factory tests according to the IB/T77041-2006 hydraulic gear pump ＂performance indicators,the type test also known as product qualification test,the main assessment to verify that the new design or improved products at less than or equal to the rated conditions performance or examination to verify the new design or improved products ability to adapt to changes in external conditions,requires that the system has a higher measurement accuracy;factory test quality control for product testing manufacturing and assembly quality,requires a system of durable and low fault low-cost.This article describes the system components,principles and characteristics of the above-mentioned characteristics of the gear pump performance test bed,gives the system diagram.
