摘要
目的:探讨百事乐胶囊对慢性应激抑郁小鼠脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和神经生长因子(NGF)表达的影响。方法:将40只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、百事乐组和氟西汀组。除正常组外,均给予21d慢性不可预知的应激造模。造模前分别给予蒸馏水、百事乐和氟西汀治疗。使用免疫组织化学法观察其脑组织BDNF、NGF的阳性表达情况。结果:模型组小鼠脑组织中BDNF、NGF阳性表达低于正常组(P<0.05或P<0.01);百事乐组脑内BDNF、NGF的阳性表达均明显高于模型组(P<0.01),但与正常组及氟西汀组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:百事乐胶囊对慢性应激抑郁小鼠的作用可能与上调脑内BDNF、NGF的阳性表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Baishile capsules on the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and nerve growth factor(NGF) in mice with chronic stress depression.Methods: Forty mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Baishile group,and fluoxetine group.All but normal group were subjected to unpredictable chronic stress for 21 d to establish a mouse model of depression.Distilled water,Baishile capsules,and fluoxetine were given to the corresponding groups before the model was induced.The expression of BDNF and NGF in the brain tissue was evaluated by immunohistochemistry.Results: The model group showed significantly lower expression of BDNF and NGF than the normal group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).The Baishile group showed significantly higher expression of BDNF and NGF than the model group(P〈0.01),but no significant differences were found between the Baishile group and normal group and between the Baishile group and fluoxetine group(P 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of Baishile capsules on the mice with chronic stress depression may be related to the upregulation of BDNF and NGF in the brain tissue.
