孝感市新生儿病区护理人员继续教育与技术水平现状调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的调查孝感市医疗机构新生儿病区护理人员继续教育与技术水平现状。方法自行设计调查表,采取实地查看、查阅资料、询问与抽考护理人员等方式,对孝感市辖区内二级及以上医疗机构新生儿病区的护理人员继续教育与技术水平情况进行调研。结果新生儿病区护理人员接受继续教育的主要途径为参加院内与科内举办的各种培训活动,其次为学历教育;三级医院护理人员脱产培训率高于二级医院(P<0.01);对护士实施分层培训的医院占40.00%;抽考护理人员专科理论与操作合格率分别为65.38%和56.67%,三级医院护理人员专科技术水平合格率高于二级医院(P<0.05)。结论孝感市大部分医院新生儿病区护理人员继续教育内容以基础护理为主,有关新生儿专科知识与技能的内容不足,有待进一步充实培训内容,完善分层次培训机制,提高护理人员的专科知识与技能。 Objective To investigate the current situation of continuing education and technology level of nurses in neonatal wards of Xiaogan City. Methods The current situation of nurses'continuing education and technology level in neonatal wards of more than the level 2 hospitals in Xiaogan municipal districts were investigated by the modes of self - designed questionnaire, including viewing the field, reviewing records ,interviewing and testing nurses randomly. Results The main ways of neonatal nurses receiving continuing education were attending hospital and ward training, followed by degree education. The training rate of nurses in the level 3 hospitals was significantly higher than that of the level 2 hospitals ( P 〈 0.01 ). The rate of implementation of hierarchical training was 40.00%. The qualified rates of nurses'theory and operating were 65.38% and 56.67% respectively. The qualified rate nurses'technical level in the level 3 hospitals was higher than that in the level 2 hospitals ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion In Xiaogan, most of continuing trainning for nursing staff in neonatal wards' are about basic nursing and lack of newbom special knowledge and skills. Therefore the education contents should be enriched and the hierarchical training should be completed to improve the nurses skill and knowledge.
