摘要
报道了一种多功能的薄层光谱电化学池设计及其基本表征。该电化学池光窗以内径 15mm石英管为全方位光窗 ,下部安装直径 15mm的玻碳盘工作的电极 ,上部塞进可旋动的聚四氟乙烯参比电极与之相对构成圆盘形薄层腔 .薄层厚度很容易在 0 .1~ 1mm间调节 .能进行薄层伏安、长光程现场紫外 -可见吸收光谱、现场荧光光谱及电致化学发光的检测 ,还可以用于对物质进行电位选择性光谱定量测定 .该电池结构简单、容易拆卸、薄层厚度可调、试剂用量少、灵敏度高、易于操作 .本文用K3 Fe(CN) 6的KCl溶液对不同薄层厚度下的紫外
A versatile thinlayer spectroelectrochemical cell was designed and characterized. A 15mm id. quartz tube was served as the optical window. A 15mm diameter glassy carbon disk electrode was fixed at the bottom of the tube served as the working electrode. The thin layer section was formed by plug in a Teflon reference electrode against glassy carbon electrode, and the thickness can be easily adjusted from 0.1 to 1.0mm. The cell can be used for thinlayer cyclic voltammetry, insitu UVvisible absorption, fluorescence spectroscopy and electrochemiluminescence measurements. It can also be used for qualitative determination of substances at selected potentials selectively and sensitively. Electorchemical and UV visible optical responses of potassium ferricyanide reaction were characterized.
