摘要
[目的]介绍A医院临床科主任2011年度绩效考核方法,分析考核结果,发现考核体系及干部管理中存在的问题。[方法]采用SPSS统计分析软件和常见的统计分析方法对相关考核结果进行分析。[结果]2011年度绩效考核中,科室内部民主评议得分主要分布在90~100分之间,考核小组考评得分主要分布在85~90分之间,不同考评组对科主任评分的秩和检验结果不存在统计学差异(P=0.071>0.05)。[结论]此次年度考核指标标准值制定合理性欠佳,临床科主任的行政管理能力尚需提高。
Objective This paper introduces the methods of annual assessment to clinic section chiefs of A hospital. There were some problems in assessment system and cadres management through results analyzing. Methods Analysis was by SPSS software and common statistics methods. Results Section democratic assessment score was between 90-100, checking group assessment score was between 85-90. There wasn't statistics difference in rank-sum test by different assessment group( P=071 〉 0.05 ).Conclusions The standards of this annual assessment wasn't reasonable.
