摘要
以人工老化处理小麦种子 ,并从脂质过氧化方面探讨了抗坏血酸的防护作用 .结果表明 ,小麦种子经抗坏血酸处理后 ,对于老化产生的伤害具有明显的防护作用 .抗坏血酸可稳定细胞膜结构 ,降低脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的含量 ,增强小麦种子的活力 .且在同一老化处理时间下 ,抗坏血酸浓度高者 ,其效应更显著 .
Wheat seeds treated by artificially aging have been used to study the protective function of ASA in respect of membrane lipid peroxidation. The result showed that after the wheat seeds were sprayed with ASA, they were obviously protected from the harm of agiog. The ASA may stabilize the cell membrane structure, decrease the content of MDA, and increase the activities of wheat seeds. In the same aging time, the higher concentration of ASA exhibites greater protective function.
