摘要
研究了脉冲激光诱导液 -固界面反应制备亚稳态材料的反应机理 ,认为在制备亚稳态化合物的过程中存在以下三个反应过程 :(Ⅰ )脉冲激光与液-固界面作用产生大量的蒸发物 ;(Ⅱ )脉冲激光与蒸发物进一步作用产生等离子体 ;(Ⅲ )
The mechanism of the preparation of metastable materials by pulsed-laser induced liquid-solid interface reaction is studied in this paper. During the preparation of metastable materials there exist three separate regimes:1)interaction of pulsed-laser beam with liquid-solid interface resulting in magnitude of materials evaporated;2)further interaction of laser beam with evaporated materials leading to the formation of plasma;3)synthesis of metastable materials after plasma reactive quenching at liquid-solid interface.
