摘要
本项目以生态型差异大的地方三眠土种、丝质优的四眠纯种为杂交亲本 ,利用亲本间优良基因的重组 ,育成具有双亲综合优点的改良三眠种 30 5;并对 30 5进行不完全双列杂交、丝质鉴定 ,新育成细纤度三眠蚕杂交组合 30 5× SJ1 ,该组合经两年三季鉴定 ,其纤度在 2 .0 0 38D~2 .1 980 D之间 ,且综合经济性状优 ,适合用作缫制高品位。

All the above characteristics can meet the requirements for reeling high grade silk.
