摘要 氨基酸与机体免疫功能密切相关,是近年来营养免疫学的研究重点。氨基酸是构成机体免疫系统的基本结构物质之一。氨基酸不仅参与免疫器官的发育、免疫细胞的增殖分化,还影响着细胞因子的分泌以及免疫应答的调节。氨基酸缺乏会导致免疫器官的萎缩以及免疫细胞的功能障碍。合理补充氨基酸对调节机体的免疫功能具有积极作用。目前已有多种氨基酸产品被作为临床营养补充剂而得到广泛应用。该文主要对近些年来研究较为深入的几种氨基酸及其衍生物的免疫学特征进行综述。 Amino acids are not only the material basis for body growth,but also the material basis for the immune system. Amino acids and immune function are closely related. In recent years they have become im-portant objectives in immunonutrition field. Amino acids play a very important role in the development of im-mune organs,proliferation and differentiation of immune cells. They also affect cytokine secretion and regulate the intensity of immune responses. Reasonable supplementary of amino acids have a positive effect in regulating the body's immune function. At present,there are a variety of amino acids which are widely used as clinical nu-trition supplements. This paper mainly reviews the immunological characteristics of several amino acids and their derivatives that are involved in immunonutrition study in the recent years.
