摘要
点火系统是汽车上主要的宽带骚扰源之一。为对点火系统工作过程产生的电磁骚扰进行仿真预测,应用三维电磁场数值计算方法提取点火线圈的寄生参数。在此基础上,建立了能够描述点火线圈高频特性的等效电路模型,并对不同结构的等效电路模型特性进行了对比分析。测试结果表明,数值计算方法能够准确提取出点火线圈的寄生参数,在传导问题涉及的频带内建立的模型能够用于仿真预测点火系统的电磁骚扰。
The ignition system is one of the main broadband emission sources in a vehicle. To anticipate the electromagnetic emission of ignition system, 3D electromagnetic numeric methods are used to calculate the parasitic parameters of ignition coil. Based on the parasitic parameters, an equivalent circuit model, which is identical with the high frequency characteristics of ignition coil, is built. And the characteristics of equivalent circuit models with different structures were analyzed contrastively The testing results show that the numerical method can extract tire parasitic parameters of ignition coil properly and in the frequency band involving conductive problem, tire proposed model can be used to simulate the electromagnetic disturbance.
