摘要
采用硅胶柱层析法、Sephadex LH-20柱层析法、反相硅胶柱层析法进行分离,用质谱法、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱法鉴定其化合物结构,从蒙药肉豆蔻-5(肉豆蔻、木香、土木香、广枣、荜茇)中分离得到8个单体化合物,分别为:异土木香内酯(1)、1,13-二氢异土木香内酯(2)、木香烯内酯(3)、土木香内酯(4)、Santamarine(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、十二酸乙酯(7)、十八烷酸(8),其中化合物1-5为首次从肉豆蔻-5中分离得到,为阐释蒙药肉豆蔻-5药效物质奠定了基础.
To study the chemical components of the Mongolian medicine roudoukou-5, compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, sephadex LH-20 columns and reversephase was identified for these compounds by analysis of their MS and NMR spectra. Eight compounds were isolated from the Mongolian medicine roudoukou-5 and identified as isoalantolactone(1), di- hydroisoalantolactone(2), costunolide (3), alantolactone (4), santamarine (5), quebrachol (6), ethyl laurate(7), octanedioic acid(8). Compounds 1-5 were isolated from roudoukou--5 for the first time. This study established a foundation for explaining the effectiveness of roudoukou-5.
