硅橡胶协同氢氧化镁和红磷阻燃高抗冲聚苯乙烯的研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了硅橡胶协同氢氧化镁、红磷、聚磷酸铵(APP)、硼酸锌等对高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,硅橡胶与HIPS相容性较差,加入会降低HIPS的力学性能,单独使用硅橡胶不能阻燃HIPS,但能降低HIPS的发烟量。氢氧化镁与红磷总质量分数为30%左右时,能与硅橡胶(质量分数15%)一起使HIPS的阻燃性能达到FV-0级。对比试验表明,无硅橡胶的复合物使HIPS阻燃性能至少降低一个等级,而且还产生滴落现象。 The effects of silicone rubber cooperated with magnesium hydroxide, red phosphorus, ammonium polyphosphate(APP) and zinc borate etc on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of HIPS were studied. The results show that the com- patibility of silicone rubber and HIPS is worse, and silicone rubber decreases the mechanical performance of HIPS. Only silicone rubber can not improve the flame retar- dancy, but reduce the smoke density. When the total amount of magnesium hydroxide and red phosphorus is about 30%, the flame retardancy of HIPS with 15~ silicone rubber reaches FV-0. The comparison experiments show that the flame retardancy of HIPS retarded by copound without silicone rubber is decreased by one grade, and the HIPS follow dripping problem.
