摘要
内地高校开展民族教育致使其思想政治教育工作较一般高校有相区别的重要性和特殊性。结合少数民族学生思想政治教育工作实际,全面分析内地高校加强思想政治教育实效性的重要意义,从思想认识、师资队伍、工作体系、教育客观实际情况等方面全面分析了内地高校少数民族学生思想政治工作中存在的问题,并从推进民族团结教育、加强师资队伍建设、强化少数民族学生自我管理、学风建设、资助帮扶、学业警示帮扶等多方面提出了优化思想政治工作的路径。
The mainland universities＇ carrying out of the ideological and political education for the majority students is important and unique. This paper analyses the significance of strengthening ideological and political education in the mainland universities by observing the practice of the minority students/ideological and political education comprehensively. At the same time, this paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the ideological and political work from the aspects of concepts, teachers, working systems and the objective education practice, and then directs a path to optimizing ideological and political education from the aspects of promoting national unity education, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, strengthening the self-management, constructions of study style, funding to assist and academic warning supporting of the minority students.
