摘要
石油井下测压仪在传感器安装的部位存在管道效应,致使测压仪的精度产生很大的不确定性。为了能够准确测出井下压力,通过对测压仪传压管道效应的分析,给出枪内压力测试仪和枪外压力测试仪的传感器传压管道的设计方法,计算出测压器传压管道的固有频率,为动态测试中传压管道的设计提供了理论依据,消除传压管道对测量结果的影响,提高动压测量精度和可信度。
Pipeline effect on installation sites of the sensors in downhole pressure measuring devices always cause great uncertainty of accuracy. In order to detect the underground pressure accurately, a design method for pressure transmission pipelines of sensors in/outside the gun of pressure measuring devices is given. The inherent frequency of the pressure pipeline is calculated, which provides theoretical basis for the design of the pipelines, eliminates the influence of the pressure transmission pipelines on the measuring results ,improves the accuracy and credibility of the dynamic pressure measurement
