摘要
随钻声波测井数据量巨大,存储板的容量达到了1Gbits。仪器起钻后,数据读取装置要想在远离测井仪200m的距离上高速读取测井数据是一个难题。通过反复试验,在随钻声波测试装置的电路中在硬件上采用了预加重功能设计,同时在软件编写上面采用了文件分块的方式进行数据传输来克服以上问题。文中首先简要介绍随钻声波数据读取装置的设计方案,接着从软硬件两方面阐述大数据量远距离传输的实现。经过反复试验,该实现方法完全满足随钻声波测井仪对数据量、传输速率以及传输距离的需要。
The total quantity of Logging-while-Drilling Acoustic data is very huge. The capacity of storage circuit board achieved 1Gbits. Reading data from instrument in a high speed with a 200m distance is a difficult problem. In order to solve the above problem, we add a pre-emphasis circuit to the Logging-while-Drilling acoustic DataReader. In the software part,we first divide the file into some blocks and then transfer them. This paper first introduces the acoustic Logging-while-Drilling test installation design briefly, and then elaborates the long distance serial transmission implementation from hardware and software. After repeated test, this method can fully meet the data volume, the transmission distance, transmission rates need of Acoustic Logging-while-Drilling instrument.
