从评估主体、评估方法,具体评估指标三个层面论述加拿大公共图书馆绩效评估的实践,重点介绍加拿大各省公共图书馆绩效评估指标,分析每个评估指标的特点,指出加拿大公共图书馆绩效评估存在的问题。
From the subjects of evaluation,methods of evaluation,specific content of evaluation three aspects of public libraries in Canada to discuss the practice of performance evaluation,this paper focuses the evaluation performance indicators of the provinces of public library in Canada.This paper also analyzes the characteristics of each evaluation performance indicator,points out the problems of performance evaluation of public libraries in Canada.
