摘要
目的 观察新型MCuⅡ功能性宫内节育器(intrauterine contraceptive device,IUD)的临床使用效果。方法 将在梅县计划生育服务站门诊自愿放置IUD的已婚育龄妇女,随机分为2组,每组各300例,分别放置MCuⅡ IUD和TCu220CIUD,并进行24个月随访观察。结果 MCuⅡ IUD组与TCu220CIUD组比较,24个月累计续用率分别为96.00%、82.67%;脱落率分别为1.00%、7.33%;带器妊娠率分别为0.67%、3.67%;因症取出率分别为2.33%、6.33%;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MCuⅡ IUD是一种避孕效果好,续用率高的新型IUD,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the latest tape of MCu II functional intrauterine contraceptive device（IUD）. Methods Totally voluntary married women were inserted in MCu lI IUD with 300 cases and in TCu 220C IUD with 300 cases randomly. The 24 - month follow - up observation was carried on. Results the cumulative utilization rate of MCu II IUD and TCu 220C IUD was 96.00% ,82. 66% respectively. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 O. 05 ）. The expulsion rate of MCu II IUD and TCu 220C IUD was 1.00% ,7. 33% respectively and significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The pregnancy rates with intrauterine devices of MCu ]] IUD and TCu 220C IUD was 0. 66% and 3.66% respectively and the two groups had the significant difference（P 〈0. 05）. The removal rate for medical reasons of MCu lI IUD and TCu 220C IUD was 2. 36% and 6.44% respectively and the different was significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion MCu II IUD has so low pregnancy rate and high cumulative utilization rate that it does worth being applied in clinical practice.
