摘要
目的随着市场经济的发展和科技的进步,越来越多的食品添加剂被开发和广泛使用,同时因食品添加剂的使用所引起的食品安全事件已成为人们所关注的话题。为了使社会和公众正确认识食品添加剂及食品企业合理使用食品添加剂,作者从食品添加剂的定义、种类、作用、存在的问题和建议等方面进行分析,进一步加强消费者对食品添加剂的认识及食品生产加工企业对食品添加剂的安全使用规范。
With the development of market economy and the rapid progress of science and technology,more and more food additives have been developed and widely used.At the same time,the food safety incidents caused by food additives have become a topic of public concern.In order to correct the social and public's understanding toward food additives and regulate the use in enterprises,this article analyzes the definition,types,roles,problems and suggestions of food additives,so as to further strengthen the understanding of food additives among consumers and the safety use of food additive in food processing enterprises.
